In addition to being certified through the Association for Financial Counseling and Education (AFCPE), our financial coaches collectively bring:

• 27 years of financial coaching experience
• 24 years in community development
• 21 years in social work

This allows us to meet people where they are—financially, emotionally, and practically.

AOF’s Executive Director brings 20+ years of leadership experience in education, marketing, and community development.

AOF’s Board of Directors is deeply engaged, offering hands-on leadership and demonstrating commitment through 100% participation in personal giving, which represents nearly 10% of the organization’s annual budget.
